Quick Start is an excellent three-session beginning to your fitness program. Your trainer will assess your fitness level and needs and then get you started on a customized exercise program.
10 Personal Training Sessions give you the time with a trainer to establish new fitness habits and positive lifestyle changes. This package will help you achieve improved cardiovascular conditioning, strength development and flexibility as well as enhance functional balance, coordination, and body awareness.
20 Personal Training Sessions can help you improve your total fitness, including body composition, muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. You may achieve a lowered resting heart rate, improved cardiovascular function, body fat reduction and an increase lean muscle, bone density, tendon and ligament strength.

5 sessions: $260/hour; $175/half-hour
10 sessions: $500/hour; $320/half-hour
20 sessions: $900/hour; $575/half-hour
