Fitness and Wellness

Get fit. Have fun. At the Shaw JCC, we can help you reach your fitness and wellness goals, no matter where you're starting, how you like to exercise, or if you like to exercise.

We have a fitness center, exercise classes and personal training for all ages and fitness levels. Check out our programs and services below, and talk with our knowledgable staff at the desk in the fitness center to learn more. Questions? Fitness Center
Our fitness center includes elliptical machines, treadmills, arc trainers, rowing machines, stationary bikes, free weights and much more. You'll always find a trained fitness staff member on the floor ready to assist you, and we offer a free fitness orientation to all new members.

Like to watch TV while you workout? We provide cardio theatre on all cardio equipment--just bring a headset and tune into one of our eight televisions!


Group Exercise
At the Shaw JCC, you can find Zumba, Jazzercise, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, cardio and strength training. Check out all of our exercise classes below, and download the current group exercise schedule for all the details.


Personal Training:
Are you tired of the same workout routine you have been doing for months or even years and do not see results anymore? Are you training for a specific sporting event? Do you just need motivation to get you here on a regular basis? Don't wait any longer. A personal trainer at the Shaw JCC may be your answer to getting the results you want. We offer a variety of packages and options for each individual member.


Health and Wellness For YOU!
Members are invited to join us in the fitness center to learn what is “new” in the world of Fitness and Wellness. Look for handouts, training tips, monthly newsletters, move of the month, and other informative information to make Fitness and Wellness for YOU!
