We've got fitness facilities, exercise classes and personal training for all ages and fitness levels. Group Exercise
At the Shaw JCC, you can find Jazzercise, spinning, Pilates, and strength training. Check out all of our exercise classes below, and download the current group exercise schedule for all the details.
Fitness Room
Our state-of-the-art fitness room includes elliptical machines, treadmills, arc trainers, rowing machines, stationary bikes, free weights and much more. You'll always find a trained fitness staff member on the floor ready to assist you, and we offer a free fitness orientation to all new members.
Like to watch TV while you workout? We provide cardio theatre on all cardio equipment--just bring a headset and tune into one of our ten televisions!
Take it Off
This weight management program is a 12 week program that can help you lose the extra weight that you have been trying to take off forever! For 12 weeks, you'll meet privately once a week for 20 minutes with a certified trained staff member who will work with you to create and follow a specialized weight management program that fits your specific goals. You and your trainer set a time and day each week that work for you! Learn more about Take It Off here.
Fee: $250 for 12 weeks of private sessions
Take it Off with Personal Training
Want more in your weight management plan? You can combine Take it Off with 10 half-hour personal training to create fitness goals that work together with your weight management plan.
Fee: $480 for 12 weeks of private weight management sessions and 10 half-hour personal training sesssions. Save $90 when you buy the package!
