This fun workout is designed for both karate students and people who want to improve their overall fitness. By bobbing and weaving
while punching, kicking and blocking in the air, you’ll burn fat and tone muscle.

Karate people get the extra benefit of practicing the techniques used in the karate/self defense classes, so no dull repetition of basics
as found in other karate programs. No equipment or experience necessary.

Shaw JCC members: $30 for 8 sessions of any American Arts Karate classes OR 1 month unlimited classes for $56

non-members: Monthly rate is $69 OR $40/8 sessions
Walk-ins: $8 per class
