Beginning Mat and Reformer Private Training

Pilates challenges the mind and reconditions the body from the inside out. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the core muscles of the abdomen, lower back, buttocks and mid-thighs. Pilates creates
strong, elongated and flexible muscles, increased strength and improved posture.

Beginning Mat Pilates
Beginning Mat Pilates is a great opportunity to experience basic exercises of the Pilates method.

Pilates Reformer Private Training
Condition your body from the inside out, with the guidance of a certified Pilates instructor. Utilizing the Reformer equipment, you will work toward centering your body by strengthening muscle layers of the abdomen,
back and buttocks.
