Beginning and Moderate Classes

All classes are taught by certified yoga instructors.

Beginning Yoga
This introductory yoga class, which focuses on basic yoga poses and techniques, is ideal for those who are new to yoga.

Mondays and Wednesdays
8:30 am-9:30 am
6:15 pm –7:15 pm

Moderate Yoga
Some yoga experience is necessary for this more moderately paced class. Yoga postures, breathing techniques and mindful awareness are at the foundation of this class. Emphasis is on structural integration, stress management techniques and releasing muscle tension.
