Optimize your fitness with group exercise! A variety of class formats and times make group exercise classes a fun, valuable part of your JCC membership. The group exercise schedule may change monthly based on member interest and class size. Please refer to the published schedules which are available in facility or online at www.shawjcc.org for specific class descriptions, times, and class length. Before participating in any exercise program, please consult your physician or primary health care provider.

Members are asked to sign in prior to the start of every group exercise class. For your safety, it is recommended to arrive to class on time as the beginning warm up is very important and stay for the full class and cool down. All members are encouraged to try different class formats as no prior experience is necessary to participate. Please change from street shoes to athletic shoes prior to entering studio or other workout area.
