Low-Impact Aerobics: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 am
This class includes warm-up, stretching, flexibility, cardiovascular workout, cool down and strength training.

Strength Training: Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am
This class strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments, improves balance, increases joint range of motion, and gives you ENERGY!


Adult Aquatics
Swim for fitness? We've got regular lap swimming every day. If you want to manage your arthritis pain, we offer the low-impact excercises of Aqua Arthritis. And if you never learned to swim, now's the time! Our excellent swimming instructors are experienced in teaching adults to swim.
