Cancellation/Refund Policy

We will not be pro-rating based on limited attendance. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Should the impacts of COVID-19 or otherwise, require Camp JCC to cancel programming for a portion or all of Summer 2023, you will receive a full refund of your payment, sans deposit and any discounts applied to your account. Should the impacts of COVID-19 or otherwise, require your family to cancel Camp JCC 2023 registration(s), the following options will be available for your tuition. We hope these options convey our desire to support our community where possible while also providing opportunities for those who are invested in supporting the mission and longevity of our program.

1. If you decide to cancel your registration prior to March 31, you will receive a full refund of your payment, in your choice of future camp credit or in the form of original payment, independent of your deposit and any discounts applied to your account.
2. If you decide to cancel your registration on or after March 31, your payment will be nonrefundable.
