Choose 2 Lose with 6-Week Fitness & Weight Loss Challenge

Starting Jan. 9, our certified personal trainers will guide and provide you with accountability through two weekly training sessions and weigh-ins (Tuesdays & Thursdays) through Feb 15. Your weekly workouts will combine effective cardio and strength workouts that will target total body, blast calories and burn fat. Get fit your way with a FREE personalized fitness program for members only. You receive two complimentary appointments with a personal trainer designed to support you in your pursuit of health and wellness. The first appointment is a consultation to discuss your fitness goals and help you develop an achievable plan for success. Evolve: 90 Day Transformation
Evolve: 90 Day Transformation for Women starts Jan. 9

You will love the support, encouragement you receive during this 12-week course as you progress through each phase in meeting your strengths and abilities. You will be joined by eight to 10 other women as you achieve your optimal level of wellness. Instructor: Peach Yahney. Mondays-Fridays, 5-5:45 a.m., Jan. 8-Apr. 6. Healios "Caregiver" Cleanse for Women is Jan. 19

Welcome to a day dedicated to the loveliness of you! Oftentimes we are defined by our roles as caregivers and occupations, and it is easy to lose sight of ourselves as a person.
