Just when you think you are completed with a project, the unthinkable can occur. After demolition, reconstruction, unforeseen delays and state inspections all completed, our Friday the 13th experience occurred two days later this year. At 4:30 pm on Sunday, after our last walkthrough, an unexpected mechanical issue occurred and we have been working non-stop to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we will need to postpone the 1st Splash of the indoor pool that was originally scheduled for today. We will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved so we can begin the fun.
You have been more than patient through this process and we wanted to personally thank you for your understanding. We can assure you we are working with not only our own staff but a professional pool service company to gain resolution as soon as possible.
