Pre-K Graduation

It is bittersweet to write this last e-blast for our school year. We have been blessed to spend these past months with your children. We have been cheerleaders on the sidelines in our classrooms rooting your children on as they have mastered new skills, made new friends, conquered fears and have flourished right before our eyes. We are honored that you have chosen us to walk with you in this journey with your child and have grown ourselves having been a part of their little lives.

Last Wednesday we celebrated our Pre-K graduates with an honoring ceremony. Our Pre-K friends sang songs, shared beautiful artwork and celebrated a school year filled with accomplishments. Posted in the auditorium for their program were life-sized

posters of the children with signs indicating what they wanted to be when they grew up. We had police officers, doctors, animal feeders, Purell salesmen, cheerleaders, baby doctors, chefs and more! We wish all of these rising kindergarteners our very best and will continue to support them as they start their next chapter in Kindergarten.

This week Ms. Katie and Mrs. Brady’s Pre-K classroom had an opportunity to visit the Ronald McDonald House to deliver pop tabs. As you know, the RMH collects these tabs and turns them in for cash that allows them to buy supplies for the guests staying at the house. Through this act of kindness the children learn that they are able to make a difference in the lives of others.

We hope that you are able to join us tomorrow for our Funtastic Finale celebration tomorrow back at the camp pavilion at 10:30 a.m. We have added a few other vehicles to our line-up and look forward to joining the children as they have opportunities to see a police cruiser, a mail truck, our JCC “BIG BUS”, an ice cream truck and more. Our own Mr. David from Music Together will join us for a time of singing prior to our picnic lunch together. We look forward to a fun time with our families to celebrate a wonderful year together.
