J Performance Training

 

For current and former athletes, or anyone else who wants their body to look as good as it performs. This exclusive small group training course is comprised of 3 phases designed to build mobility, strength, and athleticism while building a physique you can be proud of. By rotating the type of training every 4 weeks you can expect all gain with no pain while avoiding plateaus. Recommended for older high school athletes, college athletes and students, current or former adult athletes or those who already have a basic level of fitness. Trainees will meet 2x per week on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. for 3 phases of 4-week programs.

Special pricing for 2023: $120 Member / $160 Guest (per each 4-week session).

  • Find Program. Ex: "Puppy Yoga"
  • Select "Add to Cart" and "Continue to Cart"
