Celebrate, explore and strengthen your relationship with couples yoga. This special session is for couples who wish to explore how to communicate with each other, work as a team, understand differences, and…just have some fun! Arrive with an open mind and wear comfortable clothes. If you have your own mats, please bring those too, or The J will provide. A minimum of five couples is required to hold the session.
