This workshop led by Kevin Karas will provide information about a plant-based diet, which in some cases has been shown to help manage chronic conditions. Come learn about the power of plants and helpful tips and tricks to begin adding more whole plant foods to your diet. Participants will walk away with tools to help them learn how to overcome the challenges of adopting a new lifestyle and learn the importance of using mind-body techniques of personal growth and transformation.
