Krav Maga is a martial art and self-defense system developed by the Israeli military that focuses on practical and efficient techniques for real-world situations. This system integrates elements from various martial arts like boxing, judo, wrestling, and street fighting, with a focus on real-world combat scenarios. It is designed to condition the body and mind to quickly neutralize threats and protect oneself in dangerous situations. Instructors Ron and Yiska Finstuen are experienced teaching Krav Maga to all ages and ability levels.
