Meet Natasha

My name is Natasha Wilcox and I am a non-diet Registered Dietitian passionate about people and Intuitive Eating. I'm here to help restore your relationship with food and exercise! I care a whole lot more about your relationship with food, than how many servings of fruits and vegetables you eat or the number on the scale. I have experience working with those struggling with eating disorders.

Not only have I witnessed the difficulties of eating disorders in a professional capacity, but personally I have seen the burden that diet culture has placed on family and friends around me. I am passionate about bringing healing to those who struggle with disordered eating, who are tired of the diets that have left them more exhausted than when they started, and those struggling with a disordered relationship with exercise. I believe food is a gift and I feel it is part of my mission to help reclaim food from being a burden to a gift once again.

I completed my undergraduate degree at Ashland University. I then went to Northern Illinois University for my 1,200 hour dietetic internship and Master's degree. It was at this time that I first learned about the counter-cultural approach of intuitive eating. I currently live in the Akron area with my amazing husband.

In my free time, you will most likely find me exploring the metroparks or sipping a caramel latte at one of our local coffee shops.
