What is TRX Suspension Training? It’s a category of exercise for all fitness levels that leverages your bodyweight against gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability - all at the same time! TRX is "all core, all the time"!
Build and challenge your core strength and functional fitness with TRX Suspension Training. Maximum of 6 participants per class. First-class is always FREE. Use your class pass to come ANY day of the week. Receive a punch card to present to the instructor at the beginning of class.
