Enjoy an afternoon with yoga therapist Christine Demita and learn how to heal through breath and movement. Take a journey through stress management and healing from a holistic whole person approach through yoga. This workshop will be divided into five parts using the chakra system and sounds, tapping, yoga poses, breathing and savasana (quiet meditation). Workshops are appropriate for any fitness level. However, they are not recommended for individuals who cannot get up and down off of the floor. Please bring your own mat and bottled water and wear layered clothing. Limited to 25 participants per class. These workshops are a continuation of the fall classes, but everyone is welcome to attend.
