You’ll learn how to boost your metabolism and change your body composition while gaining muscular and cardiovascular strength, endurance, and flexibility. Consistency is the key to success!
- Trainer-led sessions in a group training-style format with cardio and strength-training

- Initial consultation and baseline measurements will be taken via a quick appointment with your trainer through July 8.
- Weekly weigh-ins once the program commences. Final total measurements will be taken at the last session.
