A guided relaxation practice to the soothing sound of singing bowls! Grab a chair, lay on the floor or bring a blanket for this two-hour relaxation practice with Kevin Karas. Kevin will also share tips for improving the quality of one’s savasana practice including how to get physically comfortable, progressive muscle relaxation, a guided body scan, breathing and concentration techniques and a live singing bowl guided practice. Following this practice will be a discussion of everyone’s experience and tips moving forward. All experience levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing. Earn 2 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs. A minimum of six participants is required to hold the session.
