Challenge yourself and sign up for our six-week Fitness and Weight loss program – Choose 2 Lose! Our certified personal trainers will guide and provide you with accountability through two training sessions and weekly weigh-ins. Our trainers will also provide you with an exercise prescription with appropriate modifications and progressions personal to you. Your weekly workouts will combine effective cardio and strength workouts that will target total body, blast calories and burn fat. Maximum participants: 30. Guests are welcome to participate for an additional $25 registration fee.
