Mindful Nutrition & Body Respect

Experience a 45-minute refreshing, restorative yoga flow in sync with focused breath work. After becoming more aware of our bodies and our movement, interact with Natasha Wilcox, MS, RDN, LDN, as she discusses mindful nutrition. Learn how eating mindfully can be a form of self-care, how we can respect our bodies and how yoga and mindful nutrition are connected!

This Pilates/Yoga comba class is always fun...and energizing. Shop afterwards for a sweet line of athletic (or athleisure) clothing among other props and fitness/wellness needs.

  • If you have an account - login. If not, click "Forgot username/password" to create an account and login.
    • You must include your Member ID, which can be found on your membership card and begins with a "J" followed by 5 digits.

 

Program Registration

  • From Home, click "Program Registration"
  • Click "Fitness" and "View Programs" (or search by name)
  • Find Program. Ex: "Puppy Yoga"
  • Select "Add to Cart" and "Continue to Cart"
  • Enter your payment information and submit!
