Teen Fitness & Lifting (Welcome to the Gym!)


4-week sessions

Cost: $120 Member / $160 Guest

All meetings are twice per week and approx. 75 minutes.

*A minimum of 3 participants required for the session.


Tuesday & Thursday I June 4-27

         12-14 years old 10:30 a.m.

         15-18 years old: 2 p.m.


Tuesday & Thursday I July 9-August 1

         12-14 years old 10:30 a.m.

         15-18 years old: 2 p.m.


Are you 12 to 18 years of age? Interested in learning how to work with out fitness equipment properly? How to use free weights and create a workout regimen for yourself? Build muscle, athleticism and/or power the appropriate way? Learn lifting techniques? Work towards a more fit self? Let our personal trainer help you navigate the gym and a better way to move. Get rid of the 'gym intimidation'!

About our Trainer: Nick is a NETA-certified personal trainer and comes from an athletic background. Playing multiple sports has given him strong roots in resistance and strength training along with endurance training and plyometrics. He specializes in strength and endurance training, along with building and incorporating other athletic movements as well.
