VIBE Fit Bootcamp

 

Join this community-oriented, boot camp style group training session and maximize your overall fitness. This small group is led by an experienced personal trainer who will customize your challenging workouts, yet modify as needed. During the 6 weeks, you will consult with your trainer weekly.

 

Sessions incorporate strength moves along with progression. The sessions are based on interval training. One of your sessions will include a  visit from Natasha Wilcox, RDN, who will guide you on proper fuel and intuitive eating (6-week Bootcamp Only).

Total Fitness boot camp incorporating HIIT, Functional moves, strength, balance and flexibility while changing body composition. Led by certified personal trainers. An initial consult with your trainer will be requested before you begin. *3 participants minimum required to run the session.

MWF: 6:45-7:30 a.m.

Cost: $270 Member / $360 Guest

 

VIBE Fit (6 Weeks)
