Get ready to hit the dance floor! Dancing is a whole-body workout that’s fun. It’s good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it will help with balance and coordination. Join our team of awesome instructors, Tricia Meyer, Tammy Treen, Autumn Fullmore & Brittney Price, as they guide you through various dance exercise formats! Class will be held in the gymnasium.
